Goods are securely packaged - framed art is bubble wrapped - and sent by Royal Mail first class service. If you would like an overnight or signed for service, please request before ordering and we will advise you of the extra cost.

Please allow 10 working days from payment clearance. In reality you should receive your order within a few days but when personalisation / alterations are involved and during holiday periods, delivery time may take longer.
