Customer Satisfaction 

In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged, please advise us and obtain instructions for return and free replacement or refund. We take great care to ensure our products leave us in perfect condition and are packaged securely.

We always obtain a proof of postage when sending goods out and will do all we can to trace and obtain compensation for undelivered goods but cannot be held responsible for the postal service.

If you choose to cancel an order and the goods have not been posted, you may do so in writing and any payment will be refunded.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than it being faulty / damaged, you may return it to us within 7 days for a refund. You must contact Jamboree before returning any item. Upon safe receipt of the package, we will arrange a refund. Goods must be returned at your own expense and a refund will exclude the original postage charge.

This right to cancel or refund does not apply in the case of personalised goods which have been or are in the process of being produced.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
